All videos photos and works of art submitted must be owned by you. You may not submit copyrighted material unless you own it. You are giving this website the right to display your work on any of the website properties owned by Worldviewer.com, Inc, the parent company which owns www.WorldinPhotos.com, www.PeopleandFaces.com and www.ModelsGlobal.com We (WorldinPhotos.com, PeopleandFaces.com & ModelsGlobal.com) do not claim any rights or ownership to your work. We are simply displaying and promoting your work. You have full control of what art is displayed and may remove them at anytime. Due to the cache of various servers and computers it might take between 1 to 4 weeks for the pictures to disappear from the web.
Privacy Statement:
Worldviewer.com, Inc. will never sell or give a way your personal information or email address. We only use your email to communicate about the Photographs and Local content project. We may send you informational or promotional type newsletters to you, at times. Visitors to our site may contact the Photographers, but it is only through a form which hides the Artist or Musicians email. The visitors never know the email unless the photographer replies back to them.
Since each of our website are open to all ages and promoted as family safe websites we ask that you use common sense when posting materials on our sites. Everyone here at WorldinPhotos.com, PeopleandFaces.com & ModelsGlobal.com is determined to keep our network family and kid safe. We will be censoring every picture uploaded to our system and must ask that materials that may be viewed as pornographic, nude, hateful, politically motivated, anti-religious, or extremely controversial not be posted here. We reserve the right to take down any of these types of work immediately without notifying you,
We reserve the right to establish links from your photos that may appear at random on any of our millions of web pages that Worldviewer.com, Inc. own and operate and may be linked to our own web pages or to third party sites we choose, however, links to your photo page will be given as a text link below your photos. We will not be linking to any websites of pornography, nudity, hate, politically motivated, anti-religious, or extremely controversial nature using your pictures.
You are not allowed to link the web page we are providing you to any sites of pornography, nudity, hate or political motivation. If we find out that you do that we reserve the right to remove your site completely from our system as well as remove the photographs or any link to your web page from the photographs you have submitted.
On Your web page we reserve the right to show advertisements from third parties.
If we receive complaints about copyright violation about any pictures you upload to our system we reserve the right to remove them from your web page and our database immediately with or without notifying you.
Please report abuse at abuse@worldinphotos.com pl include the web page address (URL) in your email.
